Information, not an installation contract

Pages on this site explain common flooring and concrete-coating decisions. They are general information. They are not a specification, a site assessment, or professional engineering advice. Product performance depends on the named system, the slab, and the manufacturer’s instructions.

Sending a quote request does not create a contract to install a floor. It asks that your details may be shared with an independent provider so they can respond. Any agreement about price, scope, timing, or warranty is between you and that provider.

No website warranty

Guelph Epoxy Flooring does not warrant coatings, cure times, chemical resistance, or workmanship. If a provider offers a warranty, that document controls, including its exclusions. Guides may discuss warranties so you know what to ask for. That discussion is not a warranty from this website.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the form, attempt to probe the delivery endpoint, or submit information you do not have a right to share. The site may reject incomplete or malformed submissions.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the site operator is not liable for decisions you or a provider make from the general information published here, or for a provider’s acts after a request is forwarded. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
